I transferred the amount afterwards, and then I received an email saying that they did not receive the payment, so the purchase will be canceled, even though I wrote that I transferred the amount. The package was a birthday present, but I was only able to hand it over a week later. According to the email received, the package has been placed and can be picked up. I called the GLS parcel service, where they informed me that the delivery was in progress. The company's information was thus misleading. I am satisfied with the products, not at all with the ordering process.
