They promised on the website that the goods would be shipped the next day. It doesn't cost. There was an option to pay cash on delivery, but the company changed this to bank transfer. I transferred the amount afterwards, and then I received an email saying that they did not receive the payment, so the purchase will be canceled, even though I wrote that I transferred the amount. The package was a birthday present, but I was only able to hand it over a week later. According to the email received, the package has been placed and can be picked up. I called the GLS parcel service, where they informed me that the delivery was in progress. The company's information was thus misleading. I am satisfied with the products, not at all with the ordering process.

Zatim se mi stala jedna věc, ... asi vlivem přepravy. A to prasknutý baliček od popkornu. Jinak vždy vše dorazilo v pořádku.
