-Many books available in various languages beyond Czech and English.
-Rare books you otherwise don't find anywhere else in Czechia.
-Upon completing your order, you are informed on what is the expected date of the shipment's arrival, i.e. no unpleasant surprises with delays.
-The approximate dates of expected arrival turn to be accurate. As a customer, you are provided the range of dates within which you will be receiving your order and you can count on the furthest date given. If there is any change, the e-shop will let you know via an e-mail.
-Special thanks to Mr. David Hollman who addressed a minor complaint of mine previously and he bravely addresses customers' claims and complaints. There can always be errors or problems with any merchant, but what counts in the end is how they are handled by the people who work there. So thanks again!
-When ordering your book, they offer you to wrap it as a gift (for a small charge) which is an exquisite service. I ordered the service of gift-wrapping once and the book arrived nicely wrapped in an elegant gift paper, ready to be given as a present.
-Some books take too long to get, but since the e-bookstore is honest about it, I don't think of it as a disadvantage. I don't understand some complaints regarding the delivery date because upon purchasing, you can immediately see how long it takes to get it.
-Don't count on this e-bookstore for spontaneous gifts if you want a fast delivery. Plan in advance. If you want to buy a book as a gift, order it about 2-3 months in advance just to be sure. If the book is rare and you can't get it anywhere else, then it is worth the wait (and you can order it wrapped as a gift to save time later).
