I miss a handle when you use as backpack
I also miss the possibility to have zippers or pockets specially when you use as backpack
As it convertible bag, I would expect more or all of the small pockets with lid inside the zipped pockets
I would not recommend as a convertible bag because using it as backpack is very limited. However, there is only one alternative in the market with similar price and that one also has several limitations. Using it only as laptop bag is fine but too expensive for it as there are several cheaper alternatives with good quality.
