The delivery service they choose for my order. I wanted my order to be delivered on Tuesday 2nd of July. The order never was delivered; when I checked why, they gave my order to a delivery service. The dlivery service wanted to deliver when I was working. I tried to tell the driver I was working. I called the deliver service they said they can deliver to a pick up point, because they cannot deliver at a certin time, it depends on the driver's route. Well, I had to go and get two heavy boxes from a pick up point , and I do not own a car. There is a reason why I wanted home delivery and paid for it. the pick up point and deliver options were not avaiable on weekends when I was not working. Not a very good experience with this delivery service I did not choose.
