They were very helpful before I placed the order. When the item arrived with a defect, they responded promptly and provided excellent assistance throughout the return process. I had to return it for repair the day after it was delivered.

The item arrived defective. The right-side fire selector fell off the very first time I attempted to change the firing mode. In addition, the product showed a few very minor scratches and signs of wear that would not normally be expected on a brand-new item. That said, the trigger seal was intact when I received it.
