The price and delivery (when it finally happened)
My order wouldn't have been processed if I hadn't phoned your customer services. Apparently, you were moving your warehouse and some orders had gone astray, but I didn't expect defensive attitude from your customer services. I was talked to as if I should be understanding that this kind of things sometimes happen. As a customer, who'd paid for goods and not heard about the order for two days, I'd expected a more appologetic response from your company. However, things moved along quite swiftly after that but nevertheless, this episode didn't make me feel very confident about your company and your customer care.
