Nice customer service! I reached out to EuroHity inquiring on an air conditioner (Lg pa11ws) via email. I wanted to be sure the item was actually available as a few comments I read say that their website report items are in stock when in fact they’re not. They later contacted me personally by phone to let me know it was available. Made the purchase over the weekend and it arrived within 3 days (I used GLS). They were also able to communicate with me in English as I’m not well-versed with Czech language. I tested the unit and it works exactly as promised. Very happy with the purchase and service through EuroHity!

Website doesn’t seem to show an item’s actual availability. basically, it would say it’s in stock when it really isn’t. However, you can just call ahead and double check with them before placing an order.

Objednavala jsem zrnkovou kavu, dorazila v krabici od bazenove chemie, sileny smrad, opravdu nechapu jak neco co je urceno ke konzumaci mohlo byt zabaleno do krabice (navic ne ciste) po chemii!
