Gabriela Cvaková deserves high praise for her excellent customer service. I have been unable to purchase a smartwool men's top on any websites in Europe that carry them to be shipped to a friend in Greece, while my billing address is in the USA. Gabriela is the only customer service rep on any site that offered to go a step further and see if the USA could be added to the address of countries in the drop down menu for "billing address different from shipping". Or, to manually process my order when I make it a month from now. (I hadn't been able to order yet, but now will.) Gabriela represented your company with excellence! Outstanding effort.

Your website does not list the United States as an option in the drop down menu of countries under "billing address different from shipping address". Both Amazon and Patagonia,eu have this option. Your product lines are so good, and your site comes up in the US when looking for a product when one wants to ship (as a gift) to someone in the EU, but without the USA listed as an option under the billing address, this becomes impossible.
