The speed of delivery and the help I got making the payment were really great. The rower I bought has a nice pull to it, and a comfortable seat. It's also not terribly noisy.

Putting the rower together was difficult, as the parts didn't really want to fit together. Although the instructions state the rower can be separated into two parts for storage, once assembled, it's impossible to separate the rail from the rest of the rower. Lastly, the programs on the computer are lacking - there's no option for custom intervals, for example, and no way to plug a USB cable to it. I also can't turn off the annoying beeping sounds whenever I press a button.
