LED diody

Polovodičové součástky, které slouží k řízení toku elektrického proudu v obvodu. Jejich funkcí je umožnit průchod proudu pouze v jednom směru. LED Diody se využívají jako kontrolky a světelné prvky.

Jaké jsou další typy diod?

  • Schottkyho – Mají nízký úbytek napětí v propustném směru a rychlé spínání. Jsou ideální pro vysokofrekvenční obvody.
  • Standardní – Křemíkové diody, které propouští proud v jednom směru a blokují ho v opačném. Používají se pro usměrňování proudu.
  • Zenerovy – Jsou navrženy k regulaci napětí. Propouští proud i v opačném směru po dosažení určitého napětí.

Jaké jsou další typy diod?
