Nic, naprosto nepoctive jednani.
Dostala jsem zlaty prsten s briliantem zakoupeny v tomto starozitnictvi, pri jehoz koupi dotycnemu bylo receno, ze nasledne upravy prstenu (zmenseni) jsou v cene. Kdyz jsem si prsten nechala zmensit, nebyl mi vracen uriznuty kousek zlata s tim, ze jejich zlatnice to nejspis brousila a zbyly z toho asi jen piliny. Pri opakovanem dotazu mi bylo sdeleno, ze preci zlatnici museji z neceho platit, kdyz ma zakaznik sluzbu zmensovani \"zadarmo\".
Chapu, ze ten kousek nebyl nejak velky, ale pri zmensovani prstenu v jinych obchodech mi byly kousky zlata vzdy vraceny. Neprijde mi toto jednani ferove, hlavne kdyz na to predem ani neupozorni a nenechaji zakaznika vybrat, zda to za techto podminek vubec chce. NEDOPORUCUJI.
I got a gold ring with a diamond from this Antik as a gift, the seller said the ring could later be resized (for smaller) to fit the finger, and that the price of the ring includes this subsequent service. When I took the ring for resizing, they didn\'t give me the piece that had been cut from the ring back saying that nothing was really left from it, except for some gold sawdust. When I asked again I was told that their jeweler needs to be paid somehow, as this service is \"free\" for the customers.
It\'s customary to give back pieces of gold after resizing (and I have always received them in other stores, no extra charges included of course). It is a deceitful and misleading practice not to warn the customer he will not be getting the gold piece after the resizing, and to therefore deprive him of the ability to choose whether or not he wants this service under these conditions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
