Zásady vrácení zboží Smarty u zboží objednaného přes internet jsou hrozné. Přestože bylo zboží vráceno do 14 dnů a zboží bylo v originálním obalu, nebyli ochotni vrátit plnou částku, protože obal byl otevřen. Zdůvodnili to tak, že jsem si zboží vyzvedl v obchodě, a proto bych si u nich musel zakoupit drahou prodlouženou záruku, abych dostal plnou náhradu!! Jdi zjistit! To může být v rozporu s mými spotřebitelskými právy! U Smarty už nikdy nenakoupím, raději půjdu na Alzu, kde s vrácením nikdy problém není.
The return policy of Smarty for internet ordered goods is terrible. Despite being returned within 14 days, and the goods being in original packaging, they were unwilling to give a full refund because the packaging had been opened. Their reasoning was that I collected the goods in the store, and therefore I would have to purchase an expensive extended waranty from them to get a full refund!! Go figure! This may well be against my consumer rights! I will never purchase again from Smarty, I will rather go to Alza where there is never any problem with returns.
