no communication at all so far I made this order in early November for two items that were to become available in December, when I checked on the order status a few days ago it transpired that the site had to "re-order" one of the items from the supplier (despite it being a preorder, meaning it was awaiting its first release) and that the status of that particular item is currently "unfortunately, the goods have been removed from the supplier's offer and will not be available in the near future", which is holding up the order. If the site had emailed me on 19th November, when it was apparent that this item was going to be an issue, then I could have made a decision as to whether or not I wanted to proceed as these two records were not due to be released until 6th /13th December, respectively. Furthermore, the item in question is still available on the website for backorder but for €30 more than I paid. Also the second item is also now showing as "A release date has not yet been set" even though it was released internationally last week. My understanding of the situation is that the supplier withdrew one of the titles (if not both) before it was set to be released, but this is a conclusion I reached on my own as the site has not responded to my email sent 16th December; I appreciate it is a very busy time of year, however I need a response soon as I am preparing to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere as it has been paid in full for 44 days now yet it appears that no-one from the site has the time to contact me about it. Hoping for a resolution of some kind very soon!
